Laser Cutting Artwork Guidelines

To ensure accurate cutting and engraving, please prepare artwork using the following colour standards:

  • Engraving: Black (RGB 0 / 0 / 0)
  • Etching: Cyan (RGB 0 / 255 / 255)
  • Inner Cut: Blue (RGB 0 / 0 / 255)
  • Outline Cut: Red (RGB 255 / 0 / 0)

Line Weight Requirements

  • Engraving line weight: minimum 0.2 mm
  • Cutting and etching line weight: hairline or 0.1 mm

Including a 100 mm reference line within your drawing is essential to confirm correct scaling.

Accepted File Formats

We accept the following industry-standard formats:

DXF • DWG • CDR • AI • EPS • PDF

Hand-drawn artwork can also be accepted. A conversion fee applies to produce a laser-ready CAD file.
