We offer a bespoke laser-cutting and model-making service tailored to your individual requirements. Whether you need a single architectural detail or a complete station building, we can help at every stage of the process.

Our services range from laser-cutting individual components, through to designing a complete kit of parts for self-assembly, or supplying fully finished models ready for display.

We provide a full research and CAD design service, however customers are also welcome to supply their own artwork. If you choose to do so, please ensure it complies with the laser cutting and engraving guidelines below.

Laser Cutting & Engraving Guide

Please use the following colour standards when preparing your artwork:

• Engraving: Black (RGB 0 / 0 / 0)
• Etching: Cyan (RGB 0 / 255 / 255)
• Inner Cut: Blue (RGB 0 / 0 / 255)
• Outline Cut: Red (RGB 255 / 0 / 0)

Line Weight Requirements

• Engraving line weight must be a minimum of 0.2 mm
• Etching and cutting line weights must be hairline or 0.076 mm

Accepted File Formats

We accept artwork in the following formats:
DXF, DWG, CDR, AI, EPS, PDF

Hand-drawn artwork (pen and paper) can also be accepted; however, this will be subject to a conversion fee to produce a laser-ready CAD file.

Please include a 100 mm reference line alongside your artwork. A suitable rule for .DWG and .DXF formats can be downloaded below.
