Intentio Model Railways specialises in the design and manufacture of high-quality replica model buildings, with a strong focus on authentic railway architecture. Using a modern, multi-disciplinary production process, we combine precision CAD design with Trotec laser cutting, 3D printing, and contour cutting to produce highly detailed and reliable architectural models for model railway layouts.

Each model is laser-cut from high-quality materials including MDF, plywood, laserboard, and card, ensuring consistent results, sharp detail, and long-lasting durability.

Intentio acquired the KS Laser Designs range in 2021 and continues to expand and develop the collection, adding new buildings and refined designs.

Please note: our products are supplied as unpainted laser-cut kits for self-assembly. Due to the laser cutting process, some components may show light scorch marks, which can be easily removed or concealed during painting and weathering.
