FAQ

Who can build your kits?

Anyone who can build an airfix kit can build our models. However the kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

What happens if I break anything while building the kit?

We know how it is but in the unlikely event that any laser cut parts get lost or broken during the build, we will do our best to supply replacements for just our standard cost of the Postage and Packaging.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

All our deliveries are sent premium tracked and tracking information is available on request. We use the Local Parcel Network: www.localparcelnetwork.co.uk

I’ve seen a building I like the look of, will you be able to make me a kit?

Yes! We can research, produce the drawings and build you a bespoke kit, or somewhere in between. It is entirely up to you.

Can I do the drawings for you to cut out?

Yes, and we are happy to advise you. Download our drawing guidelines for tips on how to create drawings we can use.

How much does it cost for a bespoke work?

Time is money so the more complicated it is, generally the longer it will take. Send us your requirements and we are always happy to give you a quote.

If you make me a bespoke item will you then add this to the range?

No, we believe bespoke designs for our customers should stay exclusive to our customers who have paid us to create that one off item.

Who owns the copyright to any drawings I send you?

The copyright for unmodified drawings sent to us remain with you. We do not and will not produce model kits or accessories from your work without your written permission.
